• While you're cooking. Phone propped up, mention it casually between stirring things.
• In the car before you drive off. Quick one, camera on the dash or in your hand.
• Getting ready to head out somewhere. Just chatting to the camera as you go.
• In the studio or at the decks. Turn the camera around for a few seconds.
• Walking somewhere. Talk as you walk, no setup needed.
• Sitting on the couch doing nothing. Genuinely fine.
